Cardinal Science Camp Waiver

We at Liberty Baptist Church are so excited that you have chosen to send your child to Cardinal Science Camp. Although they are not a ministry of our church, we love hosting them every summer. To use our facilities, we require you to complete a simple waiver for your child. Thanks for helping us with this. We pray your child/children have a great time at Science Camp!
